Shipping policy

We carefully pack and ship every Pop Aire order from the United States.

Shipping rates

• Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99 for orders under $70.
• Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders of $70 or more.

Your final shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier before reaching out to us.
